Jordan joins us from Tryon Medical Partners, where for the past three and a half years, he served as Chief Operating Officer of one of the largest independent medical practices in the Charlotte region, serving nearly 180,000 registered patients. His extensive experience in the healthcare industry includes service as a healthcare consultant for Clarke and Company Benefits, LLC, as Chief Operating Officer for Thrive Healthcare, as CEO for the Charlotte Surgery Center with Surgical Care Affiliates, and as an Editorial Board Member for the Business of Healthcare. In addition, Jordan has served since 2020 as a state Board Member for the North Carolina Medical Group Management Association (MGMA).  He also served as President for MGMA (Charlotte) from November 2017 through December of 2021. He earned his B.A. from Presbyterian College where he was a 4 year student-athlete (soccer), and Master of Health Administration (MHA) from the University of South Carolina.  Jordan grew up in Charlotte and returned after undergrad and grad school.  He has 2 young girls and another child on the way.  Outside of work, he loves spending time with friends & family, getting involved in the community, and staying active in a variety of ways.

David Lumsden joined HKB Cosmetic Surgery in January of 2026 as Chief Financial Officer, bringing over a decade of financial client services and strategic advisory experience. He began his career at EY where he worked as a licensed CPA before transitioning to investment banking, holding roles at Lazard and Raymond James. During his tenure in banking, David focused on advising high-growth physician practice owners on their strategic objectives. He is deeply passionate about enabling providers to operate at the top of their license and wrapping market-best infrastructure around their team to enable both professional and personal growth. David holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Georgia. Outside of work, David enjoys spending time outdoors in Charlotte with his wife, Abby, their three children, and their labradoodle. When time allows, he can be found socializing with friends over a great meal or hitting the golf course.

John Leak is the Chief Operating Officer at H/K/B Cosmetic Surgery. He oversees enterprise-wide operations and leads the Company’s acquisition and integration strategy. John previously spent 20 years as a healthcare investment banker at BlackArch Partners and Wells Fargo Securities and has significant M&A and capital raising experience. He began his career at Arthur Andersen and Grant Thornton. John holds a Master of Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School. Outside of work, John enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling, and cheering on the North Carolina Tar Heels.

Maria Weber has been a valued member of the HKB team for ten years, starting as an Executive Assistant and advancing to her current roles as Treasurer, Fellowship Coordinator, and Executive Assistant. She has played a key role in HKB's growth, contributing to its expansion from a single office to a network of ten. Maria's expertise in financial operations, fellowship coordination, and executive support has been instrumental to the company's success. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Health and Safety, and outside of work, enjoys spending time with her family, running, hiking, and traveling.

Daniel Stribling has served as the HR Director at H/K/B since June 2022. Daniel Started his career in HR in 2015 as an HR Intern at an entertainment distribution company. Since then, he has progressed through HR roles in a variety of industries including construction, HR services, and computer software.  Daniel is skilled in employee relations, interviewing, building relationships, and working to balance business needs with employee needs in all areas of HR. He earned both his Bachelor’s and MBA degrees from the University of North Carolina, Charlotte. Daniel is most proud of the fact that he tries to provide white glove service to all employees of every company he has worked for. When not working Daniel enjoys traveling with his wife and their two dogs. He also likes to hike, play tennis, and cheer for the Clemson Tigers.

Stacey Weaver, a Registered Nurse with over 19 years of experience in Plastic Surgery, has spent the last 11 years at her current practice with H/K/B. As VP of Operations, she oversees clinical operations and specializes in OR and perioperative processes. Stacey has been instrumental in H/K/B’s expansion, working closely with the executive team over the past three years and maintaining accreditation for surgical practices. Outside of work, Stacey enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and is happily married with two children.

Johanna Dalber, Director of Systems and Implementation, has been a part of HKB’s leadership team since September of 2021. With a combined 17 years of experience in education and healthcare, she has extensive experience in educating, training, project management, system implementation, and compliance. Her career began as Director of Special Education at a charter school, focusing on auditing and teacher training before later transitioning to healthcare, serving as Office Manager for a multi-office Surgical/Cosmetic Dermatology Center. Currently focused on new HKB acquisitions, she has successfully converted seven offices to new systems and is currently leading an eighth. She holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration and a Master's in Special Education.

Maiko Morrow began her career as a Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) in dermatology with Novant Health in 2009. In November 2018, she joined H/K/B Cosmetic Surgery, and today works as the Clinical Coordinator. In this role, she works on Nextech system implementations and trains teams across all H/K/B locations. Outside of work, Maiko enjoys spending time with her family and two rescue dogs. She is also active in a local Renaissance festival and theater community.

Danielle Jones serves as the Inventory Control Coordinator at HKB Cosmetic Surgery, where she plays a key role in strategic procurement and inventory management. Over the past five years, she has developed expertise in supply chain management, vendor relationships, and cost control. Her approach combines meticulous organization with a focus on prioritizing critical projects, working closely with cross-functional teams across all HKB locations to optimize procurement processes and manage expenses effectively. Committed to operational excellence, Danielle stays up to date on the latest MEDSPA products, devices, and technologies. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, attending live concerts with friends, and playing pickleball.

Salem LaRowe Fulton is an accomplished sales professional in the beauty industry, originally from Winston-Salem and now based in Charlotte, NC. With over 12 years of experience, she has dedicated the last 7 years to Cosmetic Surgery, including the past 3 years at H/K/B. As the Director of Surgical Sales, Salem focuses on enhancing the patient experience and streamlining practices across all locations. She collaborates closely with Patient Care Coordinators and Surgeons to drive revenue and productivity, making a meaningful impact in her field.
